The Courtyard Barns

Hello and welcome to The Courtyard Barns!

Our ancient stone barns, wrapped around a sunny courtyard garden. The perfect setting for a celebration and a gathering of family and friends.

Situated in the Leicestershire village of Wartnaby, our family run farm has the 12th century church nestled right next door.

After a beautiful family wedding here in August 2022 and the wonderful comments received from the guests, we have been inspired to open our barns for others to enjoy.

Our Courtyard Barns offer an authentic rural backdrop for your wedding or special celebration. There's plenty of space for you to celebrate your day, your way. A party, a ceremony, a sit down meal and somewhere to dance the night away.

Join us on our small working family farm in our unique buildings and setting to enjoy a really beautiful country wedding.

Yours inside and out

The barns and courtyard have loads of space giving you lots of options for your day, whatever the weather brings. We have several different areas inside and outside that can be used to create the wedding of your dreams!

Gorgeous rustic charm

Our barns are the real deal! Dating from the 16th century they have buckets of charm and authenticity. Oak beams, brick floors, vaulted ceilings and golden coloured ironstone that glows in the sunshine!

Beautiful countryside

Surrounded by countryside and on the edge of the village, we have beautiful views, with the ancient church next door, and a camping field if needed. Our fields make a wonderful backdrop for your photos.
